This advanced microorganism processing technology enables a fully automatic closed-type production, to ensure that no odor escapes, and utilizes the advantages of batch and mass production, to build complete waste tracing regimens for optimization and management efficiency.
This system adopts high-temperature fast fermentation to ensure uniform temperature heating with the lowest energy consumption and deters the growth of harmful bacteria and insect eggs. Through this process it decomposes materials to maximize microorganism functions and through 720-degree complete piling technology, quick fermentation becomes possible and finished products can then be automatically granulized and packed.
Unlike traditional fertilizer manufacturing, the process can now be shortened to a couple of days and dramatically save manpower and the requirement for land mass. The interface for automatic management lowers maintenance costs and the clean odor free manufacturing environment produces a stable and high-quality Bio Soil/fertilizer to maximize re-utilization of organic waste resources.
